(In Russian)Fundamentals of Semiconductor Physics

Electronic training course "Fundamentals of physics of semiconductors and electronics" is devoted to the physical foundations of semiconductor electronics and circuitry. The course examines the physical principles of semiconductor devices, as well as their relationship with the current-voltage characteristics (VAC) of bipolar and MIS transistors. Based on Kirchhoff's laws, the course discusses various methods for analyzing circuits containing transistors. The device of various digital electronic devices, including devices with memory properties, is also considered in sufficient detail.
