The course is devoted to the regime of non-proliferation of nuclear materials from a legal standpoint, as well as acquaintance with the legal and regulatory framework for handling nuclear materials, including issues of national guarantees of nuclear non-proliferation in the Russian Federation. The basics of accounting, control and security of nuclear materials are considered, used at various enterprises of the nuclear fuel cycle of the Russian Federation The course includes demonstration videos that illustrate the main terms and concepts of the discipline.
